- Ben started as a museum curator and also spent many years working in the British Library. He then moved to the Bodleian Library, Oxford, as Head of Imaging Services. He has also worked in a range of senior roles in the public and voluntary sectors. He holds a degree in Film and Photography from the Polytechnic of Central London, and is an Associate Member of the Museums Association. He is familiar with the preservation needs of fragile originals. He is able to apply his experience of fundraising, people management, business planning and workflow to ensure that digital projects are planned and delivered successfully.

- Asif started his career worked as a financial analyst, and then managed a team of re-keying staff working on bibliographic coding in Chennai, India. The holder of a degree from the University of Chennai and an MBA in International Business from the University of Bedfordshire, he retains strong contacts in the Indian text editing and text coding industry. This enable HEDS to achieve keen prices and excellent customer care from a range of suppliers.

- Ian has over twenty years' experience working in imaging. He started as a press photographer and later moved to fine art photography, working in large format as a photographer and colour printer. Then he joined the post processing industry and for the last ten years he has been working exclusively in digital imaging. Ian has deep technical knowledge of colour and greyscale scanning and post-processing techniques. This ensures that all the images we finally deliver to our clients will always meet - or exceed - their expectations.
